By accessing and using SRO Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using our AI Voice Cloning platform.

2. AI Voice Cloning Ethics & Consent (Crucial)

You explicitly agree that you will only upload and clone audio samples of voices for which you have explicit, documented legal consent. You represent and warrant that you are not violating any third party's right of publicity, privacy, or intellectual property rights.

• No impersonation of political figures, celebrities, or public officials.
• No generation of hate speech, defamatory content, or fraud (scams).
• SRO Studio reserves the right to immediately ban and report accounts found violating these ethical guidelines to relevant international authorities.

3. Intellectual Property

The SRO Studio platform, its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SRO Studio and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

4. Limitation of Liability

SRO Studio acts strictly as a tool provider. We are not responsible for the content generated by users. Users bear full legal and financial responsibility for the audio they generate and distribute using our technology.
